The VoiceMaster is to Make a Free Audio Bible

Together with the progresses in the technology, the tagalog bible is finally going to be translated into an audiobook that can be downloaded for free. This is because Pocholo “The VoiceMaster” Gonzales has recently come up with the idea of recording bible chapters so it can already be available for everyone—for free.

“I haven’t read the bible as a whole. Now, I am thinking that this could be the chance. Also, I will be able to share the bible to everyone. Through this project, people can just download chapters and listen to them wherever they are,” said the VoiceMaster.

The plan of the VoiceMaster is to record atleast one chapter per day. By the end of 2012, he expects that he will have already recorded the entire bible.

VoiceWorx 18 Day Three: Learning About Character Voices

When the VoiceMaster announced that today’s morning would startt at 8am, some workshop participants thought it was a joke at first but it was not. In fact, et exactly 8am, the session with the voicemaster already began. This is because this day’s lessons would be too many that regular call time would not suffice.

The VoiceMaster made sure that on this day, the participants would stand up in front and perform for many times, a way of making them feel comfortable in performing. It was also the day when they were taught about chracter voicing, one of the most important things to know about voice acting. So, the participants were taught how to play with their voices and discover how through their voice they can create many other characters.

Apart from this, they were also given some other tips and reminders when doing character voices.

VoiceWorx 18 Day Two’s New Challenges

The second day of the Workshop was full of challenges. Apart from the bad weather which was needed to be conquered by everyone in order to make it to the workshop place, there are a lot more challenges faced by VoiceWorx participants.

This was because it was the day when homeworks were announced to them. By homeworks, we do not mean simple homeworks. Instead, these are some things voice artists do which are not really easy. Also, they are asked to prepare some things that whould be presented for the next meeting.

During the workshop, they also did some exercises which not only gauged their skills but gave them ideas on how to improve.

These are just some of the many things that should be looked forward to in this workshop. A lot more to wait for.
